The Importance of A Clear Mind
Manifesting is a state of belief until the outer reality reflects back what we maintain within. In its purest existence, we can manifest faster and make more beneficial choices for ourselves. In its distorted form, we can manifest self-sabotage and blockages. The mind can create a magical experience, and it can also create a stagnant experience.
Here, I want to dive into the effects of spiritual practices on the mindset of the individual through 5 topics: growth mindset, emotional regulation, building strong support systems, prioritizing self-care & physical health, and gratitude.
Unlock your full potential by combining the power of a growth mindset with the calm clarity of meditation.
growth mindset & meditation
To reprogram my limiting subconscious beliefs, I chose to use meditation as a practice to cultivate higher vibrational and a healthier mindset. Meditation allows the mind to create space from everyday thought cycles. By paying attention to the thoughts that race through and observing rather than reacting allows me to bypass gut reactions and I am free to choose a new perspective and react differently. Here’s an example. I struggle deeply with confidence and so it would be very uncomfortable to sit through affirmations that I cringed at because of my lack of belief in self. I needed to create space and distance from my inner critic and any past experiences that validate my limiting beliefs. By meditating, I was able to detach from the person I identified as for a moment, and I was able to breathe freely and experience myself at a calmer state. I allowed myself to put everything down, even if just for a second, to believe new thoughts about myself and who I saw myself as. When we let go of judgement of self, we can begin expanding beyond our own parameters.
Harness the healing power of the universe to master emotional regulation and reconnect with your soul’s path.
emotional regulation by connecting with universal energy
When we focus on why the uncomfortable emotions are arising and push the feeling away, we are losing an opportunity to understand ourselves at a deeper level that can validate our experience. What I mean is that we still need to feel our emotions to truly regulate them. By connecting to universal light energy, we are able to observe our emotional state in a detached way, allowing us to not become defensive or act out of character. This energy allows us to see that we are still safe and loved, even through internal turbulence. There are many methods to connect to universal light energy such as breath work, sacred rituals, or creating a space of quiet. I use breath work since it puts you back into the present moment by focusing on the body. Rather than feeding the emotional state itself, breath work allows you to feel the emotions as you come back into your body instead of absorbing any fear or limiting beliefs.
Utilize affirmations and mantras to attract stronger support systems and to create one stronger within self.
strong support systems by affirmations & mantras
A strong support system is built on love, trust, and freedom. To attract the right people, we must become the right person for ourselves. Our voice carries frequencies and have a strong impact on our perception of self. The goal is to become our best friend & lover to attract others that will mirror the same energy. Affirmations, when spoken or heard, will be taken at face value since our brains cannot distinguish between our voice from others. This tool can be used to amplify the number of times you hear positive self-affirming words and eventually be normal in thought and speech patterns. To support ourselves, it is crucial that the words spoken are out of purity, kindness, respect, and gratitude. Many find this difficult to do in the beginning, so affirmations and mantras can be used to offset & reprogram the internal voice.
Prioritize self-care and physical health through spiritual practices
The energy of your space contributes to the energy of your energetic body. Use crystals to align the energy of the space to create a vibration that helps facilitate any other practice, spiritual or not. Crystals have been used for centuries for their believed metaphysical properties so finding one that aligns with the purpose of the space can be beneficial. If your version of self-care is physically and mentally pausing to rest, crystals that soothe energy such as amethyst or rose quartz can be placed near the bed or just in the bedroom. If the mental space needs support, other practices such as Tarot can tap into one’s subconscious and bypass the current state by transforming the energy into something we can understand. The mind can rest once we acknowledge the issue. Physical health is important for our energy flow, known as Chi. Crystals can be worn on the person to help Chi flow through the body and can be used in tandem with physical practices such as Qi Gong to ensure proper energetic flow throughout the body.
And lastly,
Gratitude and positive thinking by connecting with nature
Nothing boosts your manifestations quicker than gratitude. Gratitude allows us to see everything that we have and helps us realize all of it is a blessing. Energy is pure and open in this state of being which allows for the highest timeline to align with yours. To cultivate more gratitude, ground in nature and appreciate the little things such as the ability to breathe fresh air. Touching plants and being in their presence help us connect to Source energy, while hugging trees help us release old baggage and anything weighing our minds and body down. Nature is easily the easiest and the most effortless way to align your energy to make positive decisions.
Sacred practices such as meditating, breath work, journaling, tarot reading, crystal grid making, all work to reconnect you to universal source energy. The entire point of these practices to calm the body and mind so that it is quiet enough to hear the soul.
Clearing the mind spiritually isn’t about emptying it completely; it’s about creating space for peace, clarity, and connection. By practicing mindfulness, meditation, and embracing the present moment, we can break free from the constant noise of our thoughts and reconnect with our inner selves. It’s a journey that requires patience, but with every step, we draw closer to a more centered and fulfilled life. Remember, the path to spiritual clarity is unique to each of us, but the power to clear the mind is always within reach.
May you find the tranquility you seek and carry it with you wherever you go.
